The birdbath cam is up and running!

A big thank you to, Justin – my camera guru!  Where would I be without you?  I can tell you where – totally without livestream cameras!    And as for the raccoons and their feeder raiding?  I think we have them befuddled – at least for now. You will see the hummingbird feeder is higher and there is a baffle on that pole.  The oriole feeder is still hanging low with no baffle, but it is easy for us to bring the cups in at sunset and take them out early in the morning – all we have to do is remember.  But this is still a work in progress.

Fed Ex is backing down our driveway even as I type and is delivering two boxes of plants.  As soon as it dries out – although that may be never since it just will not stop raining every day – I will plant them around the large birdbath.  I chose varieties that will attract hummingbirds and also butterflies, moths, native bees, and of course beneficial insects.  After I  get the area planted – hopefully by the end of the weekend! – I will post the names and cultures of the plants in the Public Forum.  I just love spring!!!!!!
