We do not see the groundhog very often – in fact it has been weeks since the last sighting and we thought it had moved on. But here it is – today at noon. Our yard is full of hickory and oak trees so I am guessing a nice nut or acorn is what it is having for lunch.
And when I walked into the greenhouse, there was the Gray Tree Frog. I did not crop this photo so you can get an idea of just how small this frog is. It is in the upper left corner and looks like a small blob of dirt. This is the photo I used to crop and enlarge the second photo in my last blog on the 19th. As you can see, very easy to overlook!
